Not wanting to comment on staff ages - but we've been around a long time!  Suzuki opened for sales and servicing in Bishop's Stortford in 1993, and in Bedford a few years later.  Our longevity doesn't mean that we are complacent in any way, however, and we start each day as eager to please, as we did on that very first day (even though we do look a bit older).

At both our branches, our sales and service desks are combined under one roof - meaning customers benefit from a seamless relationship with us - all staff know you, and you know all staff.  That element has been a vital foundation for building the many long-term friendships that we have with customers. 

Our hands-on management means that we are critical of ourselves when we need to be, to ensure we adapt constantly to provide the highest level of service.
