If you want to ensure that your car’s overall performance is maximised and that its fuel consumption is optimised, we recommend that you service your car at regular intervals. If you service your car once a year, or every 9,000 or 12,500* miles, whichever comes first (check your vehicle’s service booklet for full details), you’re doing everything you can to make sure that your Suzuki will run as efficiently as possible, right throughout its life.

Of course, in between your regular services there are a few maintenance checks you can do yourself to keep your Suzuki in peak condition. We’ve outlined some of the most important checks in our video.

A Suzuki Service Centre is the only place that you can be guaranteed to have your car looked after by Suzuki-trained technicians, who will have many years of specialist experience, so they understand your car, inside and out. These specialist technicians will also fit only genuine Suzuki parts and accessories, and use tools and diagnostics that have been specifically developed for your car.

Discover if your car is affected by safety recalls or service campaigns

Suzuki, along with other major car manufacturers, is committed to working within the industry’s code of practice on safety defects and recalls in the vehicle aftermarket, which has been developed in consultation with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).

This means any safety defects during the life of a vehicle could lead to parts having to be replaced, as part of a manufacturer's safety recall or service campaign. Any safety recalls and service campaigns are performed free of charge.

Safety recalls

Recalls address defects that relate to vehicle safety. Under a safety recall, the last known owner to Suzuki is notified and invited to visit their local Service Centre.

Service campaigns

A service campaign is necessary when a Suzuki part is not performing to its optimal standard, but the modification is not considered to be safety related. Service campaigns are automatically carried out when you visit your local Service Centre for a scheduled service or check.
