What sales and aftersales support can you expect from Suzuki and our dealer network during the gradual easing of COVID restrictions?

First of all, the safety of our customers and dealer colleagues is of utmost importance and as such Suzuki dealerships are operating with COVID safe working practices and have been since the National lockdown over a year ago.

We are pleased to announce that our English, Welsh and Northern Irish dealer showrooms reopened for business on Monday 12th April. Scottish showrooms are currently open on an appointment only basis and plan to fully reopen later in April.

The vast majority of our service departments are fully open and continue to provide you with all the services you may need, such as vehicle servicing, MOT testing, fault diagnosis etc. To ensure your safety, our dealers operate on an appointment only basis. Staff wear face coverings and use appropriate protective equipment, as well as accept payment via card transaction.

You can find your local dealer through our dealer locator and a quick call to them will establish what services they can currently provide.

Suzuki dealers pride themselves on customer service and have sales teams on hand who can remotely discuss your requirements either by telephone, via video and on social media. They can share video walk arounds of new and used cars or send videos directly to you so that you can explore our products in your own time.

In addition, we are able to offer paperless transactions without the need to sign hard copy documentation. Vehicle deliveries and handovers continue to be carried out in a COVID compliant and safe manner, with social distancing observed within a designated hand over area. Vehicles are prepared in advance, fully valeted, and sanitised prior to handover.

We can also share video footage of how key vehicle features operate, so that you can become familiar with these before taking delivery itself.

Should you wish to explore alternative delivery solutions (for example to your home), our dealer network can support this.

Thank you for your understanding, and for helping us to ensure our dealerships are a safe place to visit and work. We would recommend that you call your dealer first to discuss your specific needs and make an appointment.

Our Suzuki Financial Services team also remain on hand to support you, should you have any queries in relation to your vehicle finance please contact the team at Suzuki Finance on 0344 824 0876 or access further information online at

If you are one of our Motability scheme customers and have any queries with regards to your agreement status, please contact Motability Customer Services Team on 0300 456 4566.
