Part Exchange and Returns FAQs
Any requirement for a part-exchange of your current car will also be conducted in line with the government’s social distancing guidelines.
You will need to contact your local dealer to agree the best way of conducting the part-exchange valuation, which could be done at your home, at the dealership or even online.
Once you have agreed with the dealer to part-exchange your current car, it can be collected from your home.
Before the representative of the dealer arrives at your home, you must remove all belongings from the vehicle and there must be no physical contact with the car for at least three hours before the appointed pick-up time.
If you agree to drop off the car you are part-exchanging at the dealership, you will need to take it to a dedicated area that the dealer will have set aside for this purpose. The dealer will, in advance, give you instructions of how to drop off the vehicle safely.
