Suzuki Production Update

At Suzuki we believe in transparency and would like to provide an update on the status of new car supply to our dealers.

Production of some of our models have been affected by numerous and complex global supply constraints which has in turn affected the supply of certain key components to our manufacturing plants. This includes semi-conductor chips used in electronic components.

This situation is causing production lead times of some of our models to be longer than normal and we are continuously looking at alternative solutions to minimise the impact of this and deliver vehicles as quickly as possible. For certain other models in our range, we are pleased to continue deliveries within our normal lead times.

However, this global situation is currently fluid and may mean that a published lead time for delivery could still change after a new car order is placed with your dealer.
Our dealers are on hand to advise on the status of our models. We have ensured they have access to the latest information regarding a vehicle order so any customers with concerns should contact their local dealer via the link which can be found here: cars.suzuki.co.uk/find-a-dealer/.

If you are an existing customer of ours and are approaching the end of your finance agreement you should contact your local dealer and they will be on hand to support you by explaining the options open to you.
