Alternative Transport

There are a number of options at your disposal.
Firstly, someone from the Service Centre can come and collect your car.
The second option is, after dropping off your car, a member of staff at the Service Centre can drive you to your destination, whether that’s your home or an onward destination such as a workplace.
Another option is for the Service Centre to arrange a taxi to take you to wherever you need to go.
Lastly, there is the ability to borrow a courtesy car. This isn’t always the case, as the cars are subject to availability: but if we can, we will keep our loyal Suzuki customers mobile while their car is at a Service Centre.
Whichever form of transport you use while your car is at the Service Centre, when it’s ready, it will be returned to you spick and span, washed, vacuumed and ready to go.
