    Terms & Conditions

     

    1. This offer (“Offer”) is open only to private retail customers who are resident in the United Kingdom and aged 18 years or over and is available on all brand-new unregistered Suzuki S-Cross and Vitara models ordered from participating Suzuki Authorised Dealerships.
    2. Subject to compliance with these terms and conditions, eligible participants will receive a discount of £1000 (including VAT) applied to the list price of a new Suzuki S-Cross and Vitara. 
    3. The Offer is available during opening hours at participating Suzuki Authorised Dealerships on Monday 12th February - Sunday 18th February 2024 in Great Britain and Monday 12th – Saturday 17th February in Northern Ireland.  The opening hours of participating dealers may vary so please check with your local dealer before traveling. 
    4. This Offer is not available to those financing a vehicle through a Personal Contract Hire (PCH) agreement.
    5. This Offer is not available to Motability customers or customers who purchase a vehicle through a membership, employee, supplier or partnership scheme.
    6. This Offer is not available to business customers and employees (or family members of employees) of Suzuki, any Suzuki Authorised Dealership or their respective agents and affiliates.
    7. To participate in the Offer, participants must:
      1. Register for the Offer at cars.suzuki.co.uk/suv-event, providing name and contact details. On completion of the registration process, participants will be emailed a unique £1,000 discount voucher.
      2. Take this discount voucher to participating Suzuki Authorised Dealership during the Promotional Period and place order to purchase a new unregistered Suzuki S-Cross or Vitara
      3. Privately register the eligible Suzuki by 31st March 2024
    8. You must be the first registered owner of the eligible Suzuki vehicle which you have ordered.
    9. Proof of eligibility may be required by the Promoter or participating dealer on request at any time.
    10. This Offer is non-transferable (whether to other people or vehicles or otherwise) and no cash alternative is available.
    11. If you return the Suzuki you have purchased using this Offer, any refund due to you will be calculated based on the discounted price you have actually paid (i.e. after the deduction of the £1,000 discount obtained through this Offer).
    12. We reserve the right to vary, suspend or terminate this Offer and these terms at any time.
