Suzuki obviously builds some of the most reliable cars that you can currently buy – but owners sometimes lose their keys; anyone can get a flat tyre; and it’s possible to take your eye off the ball and suddenly realise that you’ve run out of fuel.
For those eventualities – and more – there’s always Suzuki Assistance.
Every new Suzuki has a year’s cover, whether in the UK or in Europe, with roadside assistance, recovery and a Homestart service.
If an immediate repair isn’t possible, you’ll be eligible for a loan car for up to 72 hours, or be reimbursed for public transport costs. Alternatively, we’ll pay for your hotel accommodation while your car is being fixed.

Accident aftercare with Suzuki First
If you’ve been involved in an accident, your first act should be to call Suzuki First. The accident aftercare service is completely free for all Suzuki owners. Just call 0800 107 1156, whoever is at fault for the accident.
What do I do if I’ve been involved in an accident?
Whoever is at fault for the accident, call Suzuki First. We know your Suzuki inside out, so we offer something that no insurance company can: a guarantee that all repairs will meet the very highest Suzuki repair standards.
We’ll also manage the insurance claim process and give you access to a free courtesy car*.
There’s no hassle, no claim forms to fill out and no cost to you.
Do I have to call my insurance company first?
No, you don’t.
Most insurance companies want to repair your car as cheaply as possible, so they will send you to their choice of body shop – a body shop that won’t know your car and might not offer the latest Suzuki repair standards, or use Suzuki genuine parts.
Suzuki accident aftercare, on the other hand, means that you can exercise your right to a repair at a Suzuki Approved Body & Paint Centre, which operates to Suzuki repair standards and only uses Suzuki genuine parts – keeping your Suzuki 100% Suzuki.

AA Suzuki Assistance LITE
If your Suzuki is under 15 years old – and you have had a service or MOT that’s been carried out by a Suzuki Service Centre* – we can offer you a free year’s breakdown cover from AA Suzuki Assistance LITE.
AA Suzuki Assistance LITE is provided by Suzuki in conjunction with the AA, which is the UK's largest roadside assistance and car breakdown cover organisation. Your free policy gives you a year’s cover that includes:
Roadside Assistance, if your vehicle is involved in an incident that takes place a quarter of a mile or more from your home.
Home Start Assistance at your home address, or within a quarter of a mile from your home.
A Local Tow of up to 10 miles to your nearest Suzuki Dealer.

Upgrade your cover anytime
If you want more from your AA Suzuki Assistance LITE, you can add even more cover.
