Suzuki Assistance

Suzuki obviously builds some of the most reliable cars that you can currently buy – but owners sometimes lose their keys; anyone can get a flat tyre; and it’s possible to take your eye off the ball and suddenly realise that you’ve run out of fuel.

For those eventualities – and more – there’s always Suzuki Assistance.

Every new Suzuki has a year’s cover, whether in the UK or in Europe, with roadside assistance, recovery and a Homestart service.

If an immediate repair isn’t possible, you’ll be eligible for a loan car for up to 72 hours, or be reimbursed for public transport costs. Alternatively, we’ll pay for your hotel accommodation while your car is being fixed.

In the event of a breakdown, just call the Suzuki Assistance team.

Call 0800 107 1155 and help will be on its way.

You can find full terms and conditions in an assistance booklet, which is stored in the glovebox of your car.

Accident aftercare with Suzuki First

If you’ve been involved in an accident, your first act should be to call Suzuki First. The accident aftercare service is completely free for all Suzuki owners. Just call 0800 107 1156, whoever is at fault for the accident.

What do I do if I’ve been involved in an accident?

Whoever is at fault for the accident, call Suzuki First. We know your Suzuki inside out, so we offer something that no insurance company can: a guarantee that all repairs will meet the very highest Suzuki repair standards.

We’ll also manage the insurance claim process and give you access to a free courtesy car*.

There’s no hassle, no claim forms to fill out and no cost to you.

Do I have to call my insurance company first?

No, you don’t.

Most insurance companies want to repair your car as cheaply as possible, so they will send you to their choice of body shop – a body shop that won’t know your car and might not offer the latest Suzuki repair standards, or use Suzuki genuine parts.

Suzuki accident aftercare, on the other hand, means that you can exercise your right to a repair at a Suzuki Approved Body & Paint Centre, which operates to Suzuki repair standards and only uses Suzuki genuine parts – keeping your Suzuki 100% Suzuki.

How do we help you?

Suzuki First accident aftercare can help you get back on the road after an incident in a number of ways.

Claim handling: we will deal with your insurance company and process your claim
Accident recovery: we recover your vehicle and get you home ꝉ
Courtesy car: we give you the use of a free courtesy car, for however long the repair takes*
Certified repair: we make sure that you can exercise your right to have your car repaired at a Suzuki Approved Body & Paint Centre
Genuine parts: we will only ever repair your car using Suzuki genuine parts
Repair updates: we will keep you informed about the progress of your repair at all times

Now save the number to your phone: 0800 107 1156

* A courtesy car is provided, subject to availability when you call Suzuki First and your car is repaired by a Suzuki Approved Body and Paint Centre.

ꝉ Accident recovery is provided when you call Suzuki First and we handle your insurance claim on your behalf. If you cancel the recovery of your vehicle you will be liable for any cancellation charges incurred, or if your insurer rejects your claim you will be liable for any recovery costs incurred.
