Test Drive FAQs
Due to current UK lockdown restrictions our Suzuki car showrooms are closed, but we’re always open to any questions you may have - if you can’t find what you’re looking for, search for your nearest dealer to chat to them
Yes. If you speak to your dealer, they should be able to arrange a virtual test drive for you, via one of a number of channels, such as Zoom or WhatsApp (the method used can be decided by you, in consultation with the dealer).
As dealerships are closed in line with government guidelines, it is not possible to offer physical test drives at this time.
If you do buy a car without test driving, then this is sometimes known as a "distance sale". This means the process is completely remote and on a specific type of contract - it also means you can return your new Suzuki within 14 days if necessary.
However, not all dealerships are able to do distance sales, so it's best to contact them ahead of time to ask what their policy is on this.
