In the first instance, please contact your local Dealer.
Our UK Suzuki Service Centres are fully operational and able to provide full Aftersales support to our customers. However please note that this may be subject to temporary local government restrictions. Additionally, some dealers may still be working with reduced staff or over different hours to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
If you cannot get through to your local dealer, please contact our Customer Service team who will do their best to find another Dealer for you or will arrange transport where required. If you are a key worker, please make your dealer aware and they will do their best to prioritise your booking.

Yes, the cover will be extended for you by a further 3 months. This also applies if you have upgraded your cover.
The safety of our customers and staff is always at the forefront of what we do. Dealers have extra signage, wash stations and have made alterations to ensure the safety of customers and staff maintain social distancing in line with government guidelines.
